3D Printing

We were told to start to develop some designs that we could bring ingot the 3D printer, I thought well it will go for something that relates to the brain. I started to think about how I view the surface of the brain, the textures to it. All I could think of was the uneven bumpy, lumpy surface. That is what I tried to replicate, I made a very uneven surface out of circles. I think my sample came out very well, the 3D printer is an incredible piece of technology. I intend to use it again later on when ever I get the chance. The possibilities are endless and now they are bringing out more materials that can be used in it.  I can't wait to explore more with the 3D printer as I really like how my sample turned out so to see what else I could produce would be a fun experience.
